CCP don't implement more and new mechanics because it's useless. It's a sandbox game with the minimal support possible for players (player is the center) to build upon.
Now, what is missing is not the ability to build complex structures and they existed and exist.
What is missing is what no game maker can do: the players are humans, that is the grasshoppers and tumor of our world. Coding a game to force humanity to be better than what it is at its heart is beyond an open ended, sandbox game. With the exception of non fanatic religion-driven people, our world and thus our game is full of vile scum, made ANY kind of rules, they would be circumvented and beaten in the most frustrating possible way.
There's no escape off ourselves, some game rules can't suddenly turn us to decent beings.
"But in real world is not so!" Yes in real world there's this illusion of peace and order, because some establishment enforces their rules down your throat. Else it'd be total anarchy and small groups killing each other. Like in EvE. - Auditing and consulting

Hey Shar, I'd like to know your opinion about the decision to suspend withdrawals.
I find it has been a technically correct but long term suicidal idea and have made no secret to hide it (to the point EBANK personnel don't even try to address my points).
What is your view? Would you have done the same?

You fix what is deadly right now and worry about tomorrow tomorrow. Suicidal in the long run is not death today. You say short sighted but in fact it is focus on the present hoping for enough space to look down the road.
I can really relate to your statement. Very understandable.
Here is what I expected and deducted though (my damn hot temper?): what you say is perfectly expected by regular, unshaved people you can meet every day.
But a whole board of highly trained specialists exists to confront with those huge magnitude kind of issues and work a long term strategy. It's not viable to survive today to die tomorrow slower, else sod off and just sever and end it without further excruciating pain.

See I used an analogy to simplify a complex point. You used an anal "Oh gee" to point out your simpleness. (I.e. Elitist trolling ends any conversation with me.)
I don't know English enough to understand what oh gee means but I see my trying not to headbutt in your opinion in a rude way was not appreciated? - Auditing and consulting

Originally by: Leowen Shar complaining about trolling and contrariness. Priceless. Especially when he makes another couple of posts after the one where he says (to the crowds relief) that he is finished.
Tee hee hee!
I was not trolling either. - Auditing and consulting
